Learning to Live with Gratitude

Shift your perspective. Appreciate the present. Discover more joy in everyday life.

It’s easy to get caught up in what’s missing, what’s going wrong, or what we wish were different. Between our responsibilities, expectations, and the challenges of everyday life, we sometimes overlook the moments, people, and experiences that make life meaningful.

But what if we could learn to see our lives through a different lens?

Gratitude isn’t about having a perfect life or ignoring the difficult parts. It’s about learning to recognize and appreciate what we have, finding meaning in ordinary moments, and making room for joy, even when life doesn’t go as planned.

Learning to Live with Gratitude is a 90-minute guided online workshop designed to help people cultivate a more intentional, grateful approach to everyday life.

Through personal reflection, meaningful conversation, and interactive workbook exercises, you’ll explore:

  • Understanding gratitude: Discovering what gratitude really means and how it can influence your perspective, emotions, and everyday experiences.
  • Shifting your focus: Recognizing how easily we concentrate on what’s missing and learning to notice what’s already good in our lives.
  • Finding joy in the ordinary: Appreciating the small moments, simple pleasures, and everyday experiences we often take for granted.
  • Practicing gratitude during difficult times: Exploring ways to acknowledge life’s challenges while still making room for appreciation, hope, and joy.
  • Expressing appreciation: Recognizing the people, experiences, and opportunities that enrich our lives and finding meaningful ways to acknowledge them.
  • Expressing appreciation: Recognizing the people, experiences, and opportunities that enrich our lives and finding meaningful ways to acknowledge them.
  • Creating daily gratitude habits: Developing simple, realistic practices that help gratitude become a natural part of your everyday life.

This workshop isn’t about forcing positivity or pretending that everything happens for a reason. It’s about discovering that gratitude and difficult emotions can exist together—and that even small shifts in awareness can change how we experience our lives.

You’ll leave with a renewed appreciation for the meaningful things in your life, a personalized workbook, practical gratitude exercises, and a simple daily practice to help you bring more gratitude into your everyday routine.
